Plot:
Scaredy becomes annoyed with how many rules he has to follow. He talks to his boss, Lester, who gives Scaredy a book of rules. Scaredy finds one single rule Lester hasn't been following - he must visit his Mom once every year. Lester leaves Scaredy in charge, but running the Stash N' Hoard is not all that easy, especially when rules become non-existant.
